Privacy

Growwell is an early-stage education project. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, whether you are a student or working, and (if you choose) the time of day that suits you.
• Which link brought you here (for example a post), so we know what is useful.
• Feedback you send us: a star rating and an optional comment.

How we use it

• To email you when lessons are ready and to send one true money story a week.
• To improve Growwell.

We do not sell, rent or share your email with advertisers. We do not show ads.

Who processes it

Our website runs on Cloudflare, and our database is hosted by Supabase in the United States. They store data on our behalf. Cloudflare also runs a bot check on our forms to block spam.

Cookies and analytics (only if you say yes)

If you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages and links help people, and measure things like signups and quiz answers. Google sets cookies to do this. We never send your email, name or anything you type to Google. If you click “Decline”, or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page.

We also keep a small note in your browser that remembers your cookie choice, and Cloudflare's bot check runs on our forms to stop spam.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To see or delete your data, email harishreddy@berkeley.edu and we will do it within 30 days.

Age

Growwell is for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
